We360.ai converts punch-in and punch-out times into GreytHR swipe format and pushes them daily. Nothing is pulled back from GreytHR.

Generate the API key in your GreytHR Admin account, then complete the sync setup in We360.ai Settings.
Log in to the GreytHR Admin portal. Go to Settings, then My Account, then API Details.

In the API Keys section, click the plus icon. Select Attendance Swipe API Key and click Generate API Keys.

The pop-up shows your Domain URL, an editable API Name, and the API ID. The API ID is shown only once, so copy it and store it securely.

Click Download Private Key, open the PEM file, and copy the full contents as plain text. Then click Done.

Go to Settings, then Integrations, and open GreytHR Push Punch Logs.

Fill in the API ID, API Base URL, and Unique Identification Key. Paste the full private key contents as text, without trimming it.

Enable Auto-Run and save the configuration.

We360.ai brings GreytHR integration setup into one Settings Center panel. Enable Auto-Run and save once. After that, it pushes the previous day's attendance automatically at 11:00 AM IST, no further action needed.
