A Microsoft admin with Cloud Application Administrator access creates the Entra app, then anyone with access to We360.ai Settings can complete the sync setup from there.
Sign in to the Microsoft Entra admin center with at least Cloud Application Administrator access. Go to Identity, then Applications, then App registrations.

Select New registration, enter a display name, set Supported account types to single tenant, and click Register.

Copy the Directory (tenant) ID and Application (client) ID from the Entra app overview and paste them in.

In the Entra app, go to Manage, then Certificates and secrets. Create a new client secret and paste the value into Client Secret.
